Relaunched and resigned in, same issue occurs where the icon in the tray will not open. Did a restart and then went into the package contents of OneDrive and ran the "mand". Took a few tries and restarts but we managed to kill all the OneDrive processes using activity monitor and terminal. Normally, you can click on that icon in your menu bar and it opens up with all the settings, options, shows you your syncing status/errors and how to resolved them, etc. Main issue is he has some sync errors, but we can't identify the exact problem because the menu will not open to show the details of the errors. User is on a Mac, OneDrive app is installed and syncing, but the OneDrive icon in the menu bar will not open. Hi! I'm stumped on an issue with a user and wondering if anyone has come across the same thing?
